Hostel Rental (Student Residential College)
The Residential College is UMKH’s flagship on-campus accommodation, offering an ideal environment for student living and learning. Facilities include parking, futsal and badminton courts, a gym, and self-service laundry to support students’ social and recreational needs.
The accommodation consists of seven blocks with 2,048 beds across 512 fully furnished rooms. Each room equipped with beds, wardrobes, study tables, and chairs and comfortably accommodates up to four residents. You will meet lots of new people and build a wide circle of friends from different states.
Strategically located just five minutes’ walk from the centre of campus and are managed by Student Affairs and Alumni Office (HEPA). The Residential College is also within walking distance of supermarkets, food stalls, banks, a clinic, pharmacy, bookstore, printing shop and gadget store — ensuring students have easy access to essential services and amenities.

We provide technical support to ensure that all business operations run smoothly and that assets and equipment remain in optimal working condition.
Our maintenance services cover all necessary tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently, minimize downtime, ensure employee safety, and avoid costly repairs.
Currently, our machinery maintenance includes BV Laundry and BV Coffee equipment.
